Welcome to the DCAE IT Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, the DCAE IT team utilizes a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

We advise all members and collaborators of the DCAE department to create an account with the support system. An account enables you to view and manage the status of all your tickets. If you do have an account, please use the login page to sign in before creating a new ticket.

When creating a new ticket, please carefully select the help topic, between Report a Problem (the default) and Report a Problem / Urgent Issue which indicates high-priority problems. We aim to solve Urgent Issues in 48 hours and other Problems in 7 days. Any abuse of the ticketing system for non-urgent issues will be reported to DCAE Management.
